He joined WPG Partners in December 2023 from Bank of America, where he spent seven years in both equity research and corporate strategy roles. Prior to that, he was at Morgan Stanley as an equity research associate covering large-cap banks. He began his career in equity research at KBW/Stifel as an associate covering small‐ and mid‐cap regional banks. Mr. Schukman holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia with a double major in Economics and Foreign Affairs.

Mr. Corning is a Research Analyst for the Boston Partners Sustainability and Engagement Team. He is responsible for original ESG/Sustainability research on companies held in Boston Partners’ portfolios. Prior to joining the team, he was a member of the compliance team, managing the proxy voting process on behalf of the Governance Committee, and preparing all engagement materials with issuers regarding proxy matters. Mr. Corning holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Wesleyan University, where he was recognized as a Scholar-Athlete as a member of the baseball team.

Robert Helleaur

Mr. Hellauer is a Research Analyst for the WPG Partners Small and Micro Cap Value team. He joined WPG Partners in February 2020. Prior to joining the firm, he spent two and half years as a senior equity analyst at Casey Capital. He began his career at Bain Capital Credit, where he spent four years working across private debt, private equity and special situations, first in Chicago and later in the Melbourne, Australia office. Mr. Hellauer subsequently worked as a consulting investor for CPMG, before enrolling in a graduate program at Peking University in Beijing. After PKU, he attended Columbia Business School focusing his time on social enterprise, impact investing, and public equity investing. Mr. Hellauer graduated with a B.B.A from University of Notre Dame, with a double major in Finance and Economics, and received an M.B.A from Columbia Business School.

Mr. Gandhi is Lead Portfolio Manager of the WPG Partners suite of strategies. He joined WPG Partners in July 2012 as a research analyst with a concentration in the technology, media, telecom, and consumer sectors. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gandhi was an Associate in the investment banking division at Needham & Company. He graduated with a B.S. from the University of Maryland and received an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, where he currently teaches Applied Value Investing as an adjunct professor. Richard A. Shuster, CFA

Mr. Shuster is a Portfolio Manager of the WPG Partners Small and Micro Cap Equity products. He joined WPG Partners in mid-1999 to head the firm’s Small Cap Value team. He joined the firm from APM Partners, where he was a Managing Partner responsible for managing a small-cap value hedge fund. Mr. Shuster began his investment career as a financial analyst with Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette, later moving to First City Capital, where he spent three years as a Vice President, research analyst. Previously, he was a portfolio manager with Value Equity Associates where he co-managed an event-driven stock portfolio. He holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. Mr. Shuster began his career in the investment industry in 1983, specializing in small-cap equity investing since 2000.

Gregory N. Weiss

Mr. Weiss is a Portfolio Manager on the WPG Partners Small Cap Value team. He joined WPG Partners in mid-1999 from Bear Stearns where he began his investment career in 1995 as an equity analyst, responsible for covering the building materials, nonferrous metals, steel, and steel-related industries. Mr. Weiss holds a B.A. in Psychology from Cornell University.

Mr. Boyden holds a B.A. degree in economics and a B.S. degree in finance from Stonehill College. He has also received his M.S. in finance from Bentley University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst®, Financial Risk Manager and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designations. He has twenty-three years of experience.

Mr. Boyden is an emerging markets industry analyst with Boston Partners specializing in fundamental research of stocks held in our Emerging Markets Equity products. Prior to this, he was an equity analyst who specialized in property REITs and utilities sectors of the equity market. He joined the firm from Eaton Vance Management where he was an equity product manager responsible for supporting the institutional product development effort. Prior to that, Mr. Boyden worked at Meketa Investment Group, where he was responsible for investment manager research, and The Boston Company Asset Management where he held the positions of quantitative analyst and assistant portfolio manager. Mr. Boyden holds a B.A. degree in economics and a B.S. degree in finance from Stonehill College. He has also received his M.S. in finance from Bentley University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst®, Financial Risk Manager and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designations. He has twenty-three years of experience.

Mr. Feeney holds a B.S. degree in finance from the University of New Hampshire and an M.B.A. with High Honors from the University of Chicago. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is past President of the Fixed Income Management Society of Boston.

Mr. Feeney is Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer for Boston Partners. He is responsible for the firm’s strategic, financial and operating decisions, and all aspects of investment management including the firm’s fundamental and quantitative research groups. He was one of the original partners of Boston Partners Asset Management in 1995. Prior to assuming these roles, he was Director of Research. Mr. Feeney joined Boston Partners upon its inception in 1995 from Putnam Investments where he managed mortgage-backed securities portfolios. He began his career at the Bank of Boston where he was a loan officer specializing on highly leveraged loan portfolios. Mr. Feeney holds a B.S. degree in finance from the University of New Hampshire and an M.B.A. with High Honors from the University of Chicago. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is past President of the Fixed Income Management Society of Boston. He has thirty-six years of investment experience.
